Terms of use for the logisoftlabs.ro website and the informational services it provides.

1. Operator and scope of these terms

These terms govern the use of the website logisoftlabs.ro (the “Site”), operated by CUSTOM LOGISOFT LABS SRL (“we”, “operator”) — a Romanian software company.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational presentation of Custom Logisoft Labs’ activity:

  • product portfolio and case studies,
  • services offered (custom software development, ERP, CRM, CMS, integrations, private AI services),
  • a point of contact for commercial enquiries.

The content shown does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Romanian Civil Code and does not create, by mere access, any legal relationship between you and Custom Logisoft Labs. Any contractual commitment is established exclusively on the basis of a separately signed written contract or an explicit written agreement (including by email) between the parties.

3. AI services — separate terms

Our AI services (Whisper audio transcription, Qwen LLM API, private RAG chatbot) are provided through the ai.logisoftlabs.ro platform, under a separate set of Terms and Conditions and a separate Privacy Policy, accepted at account creation on that platform.

These Site terms do not cover use of the AI platform. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and the AI platform’s terms, the platform terms prevail for anything related to use of the AI services.

4. Acceptable use

You undertake to use the Site in good faith and not to:

  • send messages through the contact form with illegal, defamatory, spam, fraudulent or misleading content;
  • attempt to access non-public parts of the Site, exploit vulnerabilities, or use automation (bots, scrapers) beyond reasonable human visitor use;
  • copy, commercially redistribute, modify, or use the Site’s content for training AI models without our written agreement (see section 5);
  • impersonate any other person or submit false data through the contact form;
  • disrupt the operation of the Site or of the servers it runs on.

We reserve the right to block access to any user who violates these rules, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site — text, graphics, page structure, source code, the “Custom Logisoft Labs” logo, the names of our products (IntelliCal, IntelliSchooler, Estoc, Timex, E-Image, Batch Production Management System, Montessori Cluj Flow) — is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law and belongs to Custom Logisoft Labs.

You may view and save content for personal, non-commercial use, without modification. Any other use — republishing, translating, derivative processing, inclusion in commercial publications, use for training artificial intelligence models — requires our prior written agreement.

Third-party marks: logos of clients, partners, and technologies mentioned (Whisper, Qwen, Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes or under an agreement with the holder.

6. Case studies and client references

The case studies and client logos published on the Site are used either with the client’s consent or under an existing commercial relationship that allows public display.

If you are a client of ours and you wish to withdraw, correct, or modify the reference about you, write to contact@logisoftlabs.ro. We act within 30 days of receiving the request.

The Site may contain links to sites operated by third parties (client pages, partner pages, external technical resources). We do not control the content of those sites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, legality, or privacy practices. Accessing such links is at the user’s own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site’s content is provided “as is”, for informational purposes only.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we do not warrant that the Site will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security incidents;
  • we are not liable for commercial, technical, or other decisions made solely on the basis of the Site’s content, without written confirmation from us;
  • we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Site.

This clause does not limit liability that, under applicable law, cannot be excluded or limited — in particular liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or infringement of consumer rights.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute related to the Site or its use will be resolved amicably as a matter of priority. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts at the operator’s registered office.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes. The current version is identified by the update date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
