How Custom Logisoft Labs processes your personal data on logisoftlabs.ro, in line with GDPR and Romanian law.

1. Who we are
CUSTOM LOGISOFT LABS SRL is a Romanian software company operating the website logisoftlabs.ro as a presentation of its services and as a commercial point of contact.
For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Custom Logisoft Labs SRL is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we process
2.1. Data you submit via the contact form
When you write to us through the form on the Contact page, you provide:
- first name and last name,
- email address,
- phone number (optional),
- the content of your message.
Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry on a subsequent commercial or technical conversation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject’s request — and, for later retention of the correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in documenting and following up on the commercial relationship.
2.2. Technical data collected automatically
The web server hosting the site records standard technical logs for each request:
- visitor IP address,
- browser type and operating system (User-Agent),
- page accessed and request date / time,
- response code and response size.
Purpose: abuse detection (spam, automated scans, exploitation attempts), technical debugging, and aggregate usage statistics.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security and availability of the service.
2.3. AI platform (separate subdomain)
Our AI services are provided through ai.logisoftlabs.ro, which has its own Privacy Policy, accepted at account creation. This (apex) site does not collect data related to accounts, balances, payments, or use of the AI services.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use marketing, profiling, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking tools.
The only cookies that may be set are strictly technical, required for the contact form to work (for example, anti-spam and abuse protection). These cookies do not identify visitors and are not shared with any third party.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell and do not share personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Your data may reach the following categories of recipients, strictly as necessary:
- Hosting provider — operates the servers on which the site runs, inside the European Union. Acts as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR) under a written processing agreement.
- Email provider — for actual delivery of messages received through the contact form to our inbox.
- Public authorities — only where we are required by law (justified official request: courts, investigative bodies, tax authorities).
5. International transfers
All data remains stored on servers located in the European Union / European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
6. How long we keep your data

At the end of the retention period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right:
- Of access — to know what data we hold about you.
- Of rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Of erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR.
- To restrict processing.
- To data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- To object to processing, when the legal basis is legitimate interest.
- To withdraw consent, at any time, where processing is based on consent.
How to exercise your rights: send a request to contact@logisoftlabs.ro. We will reply within 30 days of receiving the request. We may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing information, to prevent disclosure to a third party.
Right to lodge a complaint: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro — if you believe the processing of your data is unlawful.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data: encrypted transport (HTTPS site-wide), least-privilege access control, audit logging on critical systems, regular backups, and timely security updates.
No system is, however, immune to incidents. Should we become aware of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay, in line with Art. 33–34 GDPR.
9. Minors
The site is not directed at minors under 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a minor without the legal guardian’s consent, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes. The current version is identified by the update date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced prominently on this site before taking effect.
