Timex is the appointment system built specifically for the rhythm of a dental clinic — procedures of different lengths, multiple doctors working multiple chairs in parallel, and patients who sometimes confirm but don't show up more often than they should.
It runs from the reception desk all the way to the doctor's calendar and the patient's reminder SMS — no manual steps in between.
Challenges
Appointments on Excel or on a generic calendar don't tell the difference between a 30-minute cleaning and an implant that blocks the chair for two hours. Overlaps happen, reception improvises, and patients leave without being called back for the follow-up.
Clinics wanted to book the doctor's time correctly without the receptionist juggling paper.
