Montessori Cluj Flow is the online platform a Montessori school in Cluj uses to manage per-child pedagogical observations and surface them, transparently, to parents.
Teachers log daily observations — across Montessori-specific developmental domains — and parents get their own portal where they see their child's progress in real time, no longer relying on WhatsApp or monthly meetings.
Challenges
Montessori pedagogy relies on continuous, individual observation across distinct developmental areas. Notebooks on the teacher's desk don't scale: they can't be shared with the family, they get lost between teachers, and they don't give a full view of the child's trajectory.
In parallel, parents wanted to be part of the process — not just recipients of a semester report.
