Overview
Estoc is a WMS that tracks goods from the moment they're unloaded off the truck to the moment they're loaded for the customer.
It runs end-to-end on barcode scanning, on mobile terminals, with configurable location rules for operators running multiple warehouses across multiple sales channels.
Challenges
A warehouse without rigorous software runs on the memory of whoever works there the most. The day that person is out, everything stalls: stock isn't trustworthy, orders get assembled wrong, and the annual stocktake becomes a nightmare.
Operators wanted a single source of truth across stock, physical locations and outbound — without throwing out the entire existing process overnight.
